Oriana Fenwick

I’m an artist and illustrator from Zimbabwe, currently living and working in Frankfurt, Germany.

Since childhood, my primary medium has been the pencil. I’ve always been fascinated by the extraordinary details of everyday experience and explore and illuminate the nuances that define the world we share.

I love the feeling of paper, it’s visual and tactile texture, and engaging with it as part of a craft-first approach to explore the poignancy of reality. I am interested in drawing a wide range of subjects and motives, but am always motivated by attention to detail, passionate pursuit of realism, and playful juxtaposition.
